Agent Probe ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform and website.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed version of your password. We use bcrypt for password hashing and never store plaintext passwords.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use Agent Probe, including:

  • Test configurations and parameters (models selected, evaluators used)
  • Test results and scores
  • API key usage and access logs
  • Browser type, IP address, and access times

Test Data

When you run tests, we process the prompts sent to AI models and the responses received. This data is stored to provide test history, comparison features, and reporting.

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide the service: Run tests, store results, and display evaluations
  • Improve the platform: Analyze usage patterns to enhance features
  • Security: Protect against unauthorized access and abuse
  • Communication: Send service-related notifications

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure. We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • JWT-based authentication with token expiration
  • Bcrypt password hashing
  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
  • Role-based access control (RBAC)

Third-Party Services

Agent Probe integrates with third-party LLM providers (via OpenRouter) to run tests. When you use these services:

  • Test prompts and responses are sent to the selected LLM provider
  • Each provider has its own privacy policy and data handling practices
  • Enterprise customers can use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) for direct API access

Data Retention

Test results and account data are retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your test results
  • Object to processing of your data

KVKK Compliance (Turkey)

We comply with Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Turkish users have additional rights under KVKK, including the right to be informed about data processing, request correction or deletion of data, and file complaints with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).

GDPR Compliance (EU)

For users in the European Union, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest and contract performance. You can exercise your GDPR rights by contacting our Data Protection Officer.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies for:

  • Authentication: JWT tokens stored in browser storage
  • Preferences: Language selection (localStorage)

We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
